Clara Indian Hawthorn is a compact evergreen shrub with a dense rounded habit.  Its finely serrated foliage emerges reddish-copper before maturing to dark green.  The clusters of pink buds open to fragrant white flowers that bloom in spring.  Prefers partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils.  Clara is resistant to Entomosporium leaf spot.
