We ship your plants in cardboard boxes with saranwrap around the buckets. We also secure plants from being crushed with a piece of bamboo so it arrives at your door ready to be planted.
Yes, you are able to choose the shipping date of your order.
Yes, there is a 25% restocking fee based on the contents of your order. The customer pays for shipping as well.

No, every plant can die if not cared for properly. If you follow the How to Care for Your Plant guide (also included in your shipment) you should be able to have a healthy and happy plant.
First, immediately remove your plant(s) from the shipping box and remove all wrapping material. We recommend you transfer your plant to its permanent location and water thoroughly for best results. See our Plant Guide above for more information.
No. Due to shipping rules to certain states, Hahira Nursery can not ship products to California, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please check out our hardiness zone map to find the best plant and zone for your location.
