Pugster Periwinkle Butterfly Bush is a fast-growing dwarf deciduous shrub with narrow grey-green foliage and vibrant blooms on new wood. Its sweetly fragrant panicles from summer packed with tiny bright purple flowers bloom from summer until frost attracting bees and butterflies. Best performance in sunny well-drained areas. Good drought tolerance.
