Dancy Mandarin is a winter fruit-producing evergreen shrub with a spreading crown, and dense, mostly thornless foliage. The thin skinned, easy peal fruit are juicy with a slight spice and improved sweetness and reduced acidity. These fruit are produced in alternate years and best harvested cut from the tree to avoid damaging the fruit. Grows best in full sun and sandy to loamy well-drained acidic soils. Dancy is self-pollinating and has improved cold resistance, but is still susceptible to frost.

Our goal is to build strong relationships with our customers and we always want to make things right, but we cannot always guarantee what happens once the plants are outside of our nursery, how you care for the plants, if they’re in the correct growing zones, weather damage, soil conditions, insect infestations, etc..
