We make no express or implied warranty of any kind except that all plants are true to name. Limit of our liability will not exceed the original value.

Payment is due upon receipt, unless other arrangements have been made. An approved credit application must be on file before terms are granted.

Past due accounts are subject to service charges assessed at a rate of 1.5% (18% per annum) per month. Customer agrees to pay any reasonable collection expenses including attorney's fees and court costs.
